Joshua, his parents, and RTV attended an ADL session as part of his National Assessment. He has low vision and sensory loss in both upper and lower limbs.
Joshua participated in a series of daily living tasks in this session which he and his family had said were priorities for them. The work space was set up to maximize his use of vision, and appropriate equipment, strategies and methods were demonstrated.
Observation of his skills in these activities informed suggestions that will support his success and ensure his safety in other daily tasks that were discussed.
