Today is the 11th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) which is celebrated annually on the 3rd Thursday in May. The idea behind this initiative is to bring greater awareness and understanding to the importance of provide inclusive solutions to ensure access for everyone. This day is observed around the world and is an opportunity to get people talking, thinking, and learning about the need to design with access in mind.
